Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about or request HGRD & Co. services. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial use without permission.

Services and acceptance

HGRD & Co. is the customer-facing trade name used by Ryan Hoggard LLC. We offer Website & Lead Capture, AI Receptionist Pro and Enterprise plans, and custom combined systems. The exact selected plan, amount due today, monthly renewal price, first renewal date, included call volume, and included scope shown at checkout or in the written order are part of these Terms. By checking the Terms box and completing checkout, the authorized buyer accepts that order and authorizes us to begin the work described there. Any materially different work requires separate written approval.

Build & Launch fee and monthly service

When an order includes a Build & Launch fee, the amount shown as due today pays for discovery, configuration, integrations, building, testing, and launch. It is not a deposit and does not begin the monthly managed-service term.

Paid monthly service begins only after the purchased system is live, has passed the required HGRD & Co. quality-assurance checks, and the buyer has expressly authorized the amount, renewal terms, included usage, and billing start at checkout or in the written order. Monthly service then renews month to month until canceled. Stripe securely processes authorized payments; HGRD & Co. does not receive or store the full card number or CVC.

Normal usage is included unless the checkout or a written change order states otherwise. We will not add usage charges or expand scope without your written approval.

AI Receptionist free trial and paid plans

Eligible U.S. service businesses may start an AI Receptionist free trial. The trial begins only after the receptionist has been configured, tested, and activated by HGRD & Co. It ends after seven calendar days or 25 answered inbound calls, whichever occurs first. HGRD & Co. sends a notice after 20 answered calls so the buyer knows five trial calls remain.

An answered call counts once when the receptionist connects with a real inbound business caller and begins handling the call. A call that is later transferred still counts as one call. Known spam or robocalls, wrong numbers, HGRD or client test calls, and connections that fail before a meaningful interaction do not count. Separate valid calls from the same caller count separately.

Checkout displays the selected Pro or Enterprise plan, included monthly calls, monthly price, and both trial-ending conditions. No amount is due at checkout. By checking the authorization box and securely saving a payment method, the buyer authorizes the selected paid monthly plan to begin automatically when the trial ends. The first paid month receives its full call allowance; trial calls do not reduce it. Paid plans renew month to month until canceled. Automatic usage overages remain off unless the buyer separately enables them.

The buyer may cancel before the seventh day or the 25th answered call, whichever comes first, and will not be charged. The free trial is not an emergency service and does not include regulated medical workflows, untested transfers, outbound marketing, or features that have not passed required setup checks. HGRD & Co. may decline, pause, or end service when the requested use is unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, or outside the agreed scope.

Saved payment method

Stripe securely collects and stores the payment method used during AI Receptionist signup. HGRD & Co. may receive a Stripe customer or payment-method reference and limited card details such as brand, expiration date, and last four digits, but not the full card number or CVC. The saved payment method is used for the selected plan under the authorization shown and accepted at checkout.

Completing checkout creates no charge that day. The selected plan begins when the free trial ends under the timing and price accepted at checkout. Automatic overages remain off. You may ask us to remove a saved payment method, subject to completed transactions, active service obligations, and legal recordkeeping duties.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel monthly service at any time by emailing hello@hgrdandco.com before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Monthly charges already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law.

To avoid the first paid-plan charge, cancel before the free trial ends after seven days or 25 answered calls, whichever comes first.

Canceling before go-live stops paid monthly service from beginning. When an order includes a Build & Launch engagement, cancellation does not by itself refund work already performed under it.

If you cancel before we begin discovery or configuration, we will refund the Build & Launch fee. Once work begins, that fee is non-refundable because it pays for custom implementation labor and reserved capacity. If HGRD & Co. cannot deliver the purchased scope for reasons within our control, we will either correct the issue, agree to a substitute in writing, or refund the undelivered portion of the Build & Launch fee.

Billing questions and disputes

Please report any billing error or service concern to hello@hgrdandco.com promptly so we can investigate and attempt a good-faith resolution. A billing dispute does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived. Fraudulent or knowingly false disputes may result in suspension or termination of service and collection of amounts lawfully owed.

Client responsibilities and launch readiness

You are responsible for timely access, accurate business facts, approved content, domains, phone-routing information, calendars, and legally required consents. We may pause work when required access, information, or authorization is missing. Calls, messages, websites, and automations will not be activated until required testing and authorization are complete. You remain responsible for your business decisions, customer communications, advertising claims, and compliance with laws that apply to your industry and location.

If launch is delayed by missing client access, content, facts, authorizations, or other client dependencies, HGRD & Co. may pause work and document a revised launch plan. Monthly service will not begin merely because 30 days have passed.

AI, communications, and third-party platforms

AI-assisted call handling and automated communications can make errors and are not emergency services. They require accurate business facts, routing rules, and human escalation information. Scheduling, video meetings, payments, communications, phone service, and hosting may rely on third-party platforms whose availability and terms also apply.

Service results

We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, search ranking, appointment volume, conversion rate, or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including market demand, traffic, pricing, staffing, sales performance, platform availability, and the accuracy of information you provide.

Termination, website transfer, and client materials

When service ends, managed hosting, phone routing, automations, monitoring, and platform access may stop at the end of the paid period. You retain ownership of your domain and materials you supplied. HGRD & Co. retains its pre-existing templates, workflows, methods, software configurations, and other reusable materials unless a written agreement states otherwise.

For Website & Lead Capture and the website portion of a purchased combined system, the website remains a managed HGRD & Co. system while service is active. If you cancel and want the transferable website assets delivered for management elsewhere, you may purchase a one-time $1,000 transfer buyout. After transfer, you or your new provider are responsible for hosting, maintenance, security, backups, forms, integrations, licenses, and repairs. The transfer excludes HGRD & Co.'s reusable templates, proprietary workflows, third-party accounts or licenses that cannot legally be transferred, and any AI Receptionist system or call-routing configuration.

SMS program terms

When you provide a mobile number and affirmatively consent, HGRD & Co. may send appointment reminders and service-related text messages. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You are responsible for providing a number you control and for keeping your contact information current. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message.

Intellectual property

The website, brand, written content, layout, and related materials are owned by or licensed to HGRD & Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HGRD & Co. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the website or services. Except for obligations that cannot legally be limited, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid HGRD & Co. for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
