When does my trial begin?
Your trial begins when your receptionist is configured, tested, and activated by HGRD—not when you first send us your business information.
What counts as an answered call?
Each real inbound business call the receptionist connects with and begins handling counts once, including a call that is later transferred. Known spam or robocalls, wrong numbers, HGRD or client test calls, and connections that fail before a meaningful interaction do not count.
What if I reach 25 calls before seven days?
We email you when 20 calls have been answered so you know five remain. When your 25th answered call is completed, your trial ends and your selected plan begins automatically—even if seven days have not passed.
What happens after the trial?
Your selected monthly plan begins automatically after seven days or 25 answered calls, whichever comes first. Its full monthly call allowance starts fresh, and automatic overages stay off.
Can I cancel before being charged?
Yes. Cancel before the seventh day or your 25th answered call, whichever comes first, and you will not be charged.
